The Swirling Hours began as a question: what happens when a photograph stops being a record of a moment and becomes an expression of it? Starting with landscape photography, each image is digitally repainted from edge to edge with swirling, textured brushwork — turning quiet horizons into scenes charged with motion and feeling. The result sits between photography and painting, memory and imagination.
